Phil. 1:10b “Being Holy”

 

We should not continue to sin because we know that God will forgive us when confess. In fact, in Phil. 1:10b Paul prays that the Christians at Philippi “may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ.”

God wants us to be genuine, to be pure, to be holy. That should be our goal as well, especially as we think about Jesus Christ coming back.  In

1 Jn. 2:28 John says, “And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming” As we grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ, we will sin less, we will be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ.
