Jn. 13:1-17 “Serve One Another”

 

Jesus knew He was about to die on the cross but He focused on serving His disciples by washing their feet. Our tendency would be to focus on ourselves, but His nature was to love and serve. We should have the same attitude (Phil. 2:5) and take the same action.

 

In fact, in Jn. 13:14-17 Jesus said, “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet…. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” Genuine service leads to God’s blessing. So let’s serve one another. Have a great day!
