1 Jn. 1:1-2 “Life Revealed”

This is day 6 of 40 Days to Easter. Our focus is on Jesus Christ.

According to the Bible, Jesus manifested Himself to us. He made Himself known to us. The first disciples got to know Jesus in person. They heard Him, saw Him, studied Him, and touched Him. We cannot know Jesus in person, but we can know Him personally through His word and through faith in Him. We should be grateful to Jesus for revealing Himself to us. I am going to let the Bible speak for itself below. Hope you have a great day!

1 Jn. 1:1-2  That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us.

Jn. 1:1-5  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

Jn. 1:14  And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
