Jesus indicated that those who love Him will keep His commandments. One of His most repeated commandments is the Great Commission. I would encourage you to take time to read through the above verses which show one of Jesus’ most important priorities.

One of the greatest reasons people do not witness is fear, fear of rejection, fear of ridicule, fear of being asked a difficult question. I am glad fear did not keep Jesus from dying on the cross for our sins. Fear often dissipates after we take the first step or two.

Another reason people do not witness is an unwillingness to be inconvenienced. Evangelism takes significant time and effort. If we genuinely love Jesus, we will be willing to do what it takes

Write Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15 on a 3 x 5 card and carry it around with you, reading it every one in a while.

Pray and ask God to help you do a better job of leading people to Jesus.
