Basketball Information

This year we have a new app called Church Center. If you haven't already, please download it, search for Catawba Sports, and use your phone or email to log in. You can also click this link from your phone to access the correct page. If you see your child's name only, it means you registered under your child, and we will have to make the adjustments. Please e-mail us to let us know and we will make the corrections needed. You should see your first name (child's name) and last name to confirm you're signed in correctly. Make sure you allow notifications!

If you registered before the deadline, you were added to the group for your team on 12/21/24 and received an email. To find out your coach information, you can go to members. There is also a section in the group called resources where you can find the practice/game calendar. If you have questions, please let call the church office or e-mail sports@catawbalive.com.

General Info

Register by February 17th and each player is only $55!

Cost: $60.00 per sports registrant for softball or cheerleading; church ball teams and adult ball teams please email your phone number to Greg Oxendine at sports@catawbalive.com and he will give you a call back.

Age Divisions: Please note the child must be the age of 3 on or before September 1 of the previous year of the applicable season in order to register.

Cheerleading: All ages

Blastball: 3K-5K

T-Ball: 1st - 2nd

Coach Pitch: 3rd - 5th

Jr. Softball: 6th - 8th

Senior Softball: 9th - 12th

Pictures: Parents/Coaches may arrange a team time for parents to take photos with personal cameras or phones.

Location: Catawba Baptist Church, 1450 Anderson Rd. S., Rock Hill, SC 29730, Upper and Lower Fields

Adult League Softball: Please contact Sam McIntyre or Greg Oxendine.

Schedule/Dates

Registration and Payment:

January 25th - February 17th ($55 and first T-shirt order)
February 18th - March 3rd ($60 and first T-shirt order)
March 4th - March 24th ($60 and second T-shirt order, it will hopefully arrive by the first game.)

Practices: Practices start the week of March 24th. Each team will practice one day a week; either Mon, Tues, Thurs, or Fri. Practices will continue weekly throughout the season.

Games: Saturdays, April 5th - May 17th (Skip April 19th)

End of Season Banquet: May 17th following your game.
