Jn. 10:10 “Life Experienced”

 

This is day 7 of 40 Days to Easter. Jesus said that He was the way, the truth, and the life (Jn. 14:6). And He gives us life.

 

He gives us physical life (Col. 1:16). “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”

 

He gives us eternal life (Jn. 3:16). “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

 

Finally He gives us abundant life (Jn. 10:10b). “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it  more abundantly.”

 

Our response needs to be one of faith, depending on Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, trusting Him to give us life. Our response needs to be one of gratitude, thanking Him for the everlasting and abundant life He gives to us. Have a great day!
