General Info
Cost: $65.00 per sports registrant for softball or cheerleading;
Age Divisions: Please note the child must be the age of 3 on or before September 1, 2025 in order to register.
Cheerleading: All ages
Division 1, Blastball: Age 3 - 5K
Division 2, T-Ball: 1st - 2nd Grade
Division 3, Coach Pitch: 3rd - 5th Grade
Division 4, Jr. Softball: 6th - 8th Grade
Division 5, Sr. Softball: 9th - 12th Grade
Pictures: Parents/Coaches may arrange a team time for parents to take photos with personal cameras or phones.
Location: Catawba Baptist Church, 1450 Anderson Rd. S., Rock Hill, SC 29730
Adult League Softball: Contact Sam McIntyre or Greg Oxendine. Church ball teams and adult ball teams, please email your phone number to Greg Oxendine at sports@catawbalive.com and he will give you a call back.
Schedule / Dates
Registration and Payment:
- January 26th - February 28th ($60 and first T-shirt order)
- March 1st - March 9th ($65 and second T-shirt order)
- You can still register after March 9th, but we will be rushing to get everything together, so earlier is helpful!
Practices: Practices start the week of March 16th. Each team will practice one day a week; either Mon, Tues, Thurs, or Fri. Practices will continue weekly throughout the season. (April 4th - 11th)
Games: Saturdays, March 28th - May 16th (Skip April 4, 11)
End of Season Banquet: May 16, following your game.

Coaches
For the safety of our children, we require our coaches to submit a background check.
If you would like to apply to be a coach or an assistant coach, please email Rebekah at sports@catawbalive.com or register when you register your children.

Online registration is the best option, but if you need to fill out a paper copy and pay by check, you can print the application here: Catawba Sports Registration Form, then drop the form and check off at the church office between 8:30 - 4:00, or mail it in.
